Expand description

Delete a 0-turn completed session store immediately (close-path hygiene).

Empty shells (thread.started + thread.completed only) never held work the user can resume; keeping them pollutes .vtcode/sessions/ and hides real sessions. No-op when the store has turns, is still active, is pinned, is live in another process, or the id is not a validated direct child. Returns whether the store was removed.
