Module web_fetch 

WebFetch tool for fetching and analyzing web content using AI

Supports both restricted (blocklist) and whitelist (allowlist) modes with dynamic configuration loading from vtcode.toml

Fetched content is written to ephemeral cache files under the user cache directory’s web-fetch/ path. and cleaned up periodically. Content is never persisted to the workspace.
