Permission audit logging system Tracks all permission decisions (allow/deny/prompt) with context Writes to the user state directory’s audit/permissions-{date}.log in JSON format. Old audit logs are pruned after DEFAULT_AUDIT_LOG_MAX_AGE_DAYS days.
