Load a theme from the process-global theme set with caching.

§Arguments

  • theme_name - Theme identifier (TextMate theme name)
  • cache - If true, cache the loaded theme for reuse. If false, always clone from ThemeSet.

§Returns

Cloned theme instance (safe for multi-threaded use)
