Problematic ANSI colors to avoid when safe_colors_only is enabled

  • 0 (black): Low contrast on dark backgrounds
  • 7 (white): Low contrast on light backgrounds
  • 8 (brblack): Invisible in Solarized Dark (hijacked for base03)
  • 11 (bryellow): Low contrast on light backgrounds
  • 12 (brblue): Low contrast in Basic Dark
  • 15 (brwhite): Low contrast on light backgrounds
