Operator-aware word-wrap of a shell command without continuation markers.

Same breaks as wrap_shell_command_with_continuations but without the trailing " \\" suffixes, for renderers that style the marker separately (ANSI/TUI highlighting must not feed the marker to the bash grammar). Prefer this over wrap_shell_command for • Ran headers so every surface breaks identically.
