Build an iTerm2 proprietary sequence that switches the current session to a named profile (OSC 1337 ; SetProfile=).

This is iTerm2-only: other terminals ignore the proprietary 1337 sequence. It is the only programmatic way to change the graphical tab icon, which iTerm2 takes from the session profile (no escape sequence can set profile artwork directly).
