Replace one page’s decoded content with new_content, returning a new field root; the input field is never mutated.

See the module documentation for the exact supported subset. Fails closed (typed error, no partial write to any new root) when the field has no index, when the page is absent, or when the content exceeds MAX_EDIT_CONTENT_BYTES.
