Function process_class_request

Classes plan Task 13 (LRM 9.7): the process class’s scheduler bridge, called by vj_runtime::process_class. Like real_sv_rt_disable_fork it reaches the scheduler through [CURRENT_OPS]/[CURRENT_PROCESS] (the frozen ProcessFn ABI carries no process id). All four are no-ops (or report Running) outside a kernel call.

Queues req for the calling process; true iff it terminates the caller itself (the caller then leaves its kernel at once – see abort_current_kernel).
