The clocking event a checker’s $inferred_clock (LRM 17.4) stands for: the
signal and edge of the default clocking of the scope that instantiates the
checker (14.12), which a checker procedure’s @clock waits on when clock
kept its default. The third member is the event’s iff condition
(default clocking @(posedge clk iff en);, 9.4.2.3), which gates every wait
on it; None for @$global_clock.
