Running the lock pool through the filter list filter in install scope (Installer::doInstall -> createFilterListPoolFilter(BLOCK_SCOPE_INSTALL)): Composer’s problems for the removed locked versions, in lock order; empty when nothing blocks. Warnings (ignored unreachable repositories) are returned separately.
