Module lockfile 

Lock writing: port of ArrayDumper::dump (from the raw metadata and the model, with ArrayLoader’s normalizations), of Locker::lockPackages and of Locker::setLockData; JsonFile encoding.

dump_package

ArrayDumper::dump($package) for a non-root package.

lock_data

Locker::setLockData: the lock data (before writing).

lock_packages

Locker::lockPackages.

package_naming_error

ValidatingArrayLoader::hasPackageNamingError($name, $isLink). With is_link, the uppercase rule names the lowercase form to use; without it, it suggests the camelCase split (root::manifest_error for the root package’s own name, validate_package for a package of a repository).

php_compare_strings

PHP 8 comparison of two strings (sort/strcmp: numeric strings compare as numbers, the others byte by byte).

php_empty

PHP empty().

release_date

ArrayLoader: new \DateTime($time, UTC) then format(DATE_RFC3339). Recognized forms: integer timestamp, ISO 8601 with or without timezone, Y-m-d H:i:s, Y-m-d. An unknown form is ignored (exception swallowed).

validate_package

ValidatingArrayLoader::validatePackage (called on every package kept by the solver): rejects invalid or reserved names, URLs/references starting with - (argument injection) and bin entries containing ...
