Check if a table reference is sqlite_temp_master or sqlite_temp_schema.

These are the temp-schema introspection views: they list objects that live in the session temp schema (temp tables, and indexes on temp tables), and are the temp-schema counterpart to sqlite_master. See issue #5513.
