Lists main-schema objects only. Temp-schema objects (temp tables and
indexes on temp tables) are reported by sqlite_temp_master, matching
SQLite 3.51.0 where a temp-table index appears in sqlite_temp_master and
never in sqlite_master. See issue #5513.
