default_private_dir

Resolves the same private runtime directory the kernel uses, so SDKs pick the identical default socket location when VEYRON_SOCKET_PATH is unset. Order: $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR, /run/user/<uid>, ~/.veyron/run.
