Collapse a message to the shape a raid script repeats. Case, punctuation, spacing and digit variation are all one line of attacker code to randomise, so none of them may carry weight.

A :shortcode: that renders as an image is dropped rather than flattened to its name: three people answering with the same reaction is a community, not a cohort, and leaving the name in convicts them on a skeleton nobody typed. See skeleton_with for the resolution that decides which codes are images.
