What in one tenant’s examination needs the operator. A stalled sweep is
one whose oldest due version has waited longer than purge_interval;
a shorter wait is the next sweep’s work. Packed versions are a problem
when the configuration has no [storage.parquet] (parquet false),
since serve then refuses to start. Leftover files and work waiting
for rotation are reported but are not problems.
