Scope

• Store caller-provided event id text.
• Provide common string conversions and display behavior.
• Keep construction infallible and policy-free for v0.1.0.

Non-Goals

• No UUID generation.
• No global uniqueness guarantees.
• No validation beyond preserving the supplied text.

Status

Experimental v0.1.0 primitive.
