§Scope

  • Represent simple dispatch outcomes.
  • Preserve optional message text on skipped or failed outcomes.
  • Stay independent from any dispatcher runtime.

§Non-Goals

  • No dispatch loop.
  • No broker, queue, retry, or scheduler.
  • No handler registry.

§Status

Experimental v0.1.0 primitive.
