Module service 

Small authenticated loopback control surface. The archive engine remains usable directly; HTTP is not a prerequisite for embedded applications.

ShutdownHandle

Cooperative stop request shared with the owner of a running service. Requesting shutdown does not wait for completion or interrupt entered I/O or SQL. The owner must wait for Service::run to return before reopening its archive. Embedded services do not install process signal handlers.

Functions

create_token

New private service token, never a wallet/signing/decryption key. Existing files are not overwritten.

write_token

32 random bytes, hex encoded, into a file whose access the caller chose.
