access_methods

The access methods of pg_am: PostgreSQL 18’s own table and index methods, and the vector index methods the engine adds.

analysis

Catalog descriptions required by static SQL binding.

Names of the array types generated for user-defined types, as PostgreSQL’s makeArrayTypeName chooses them.

graph_oids

The public OIDs of an Apache AGE graph’s catalog objects, allocated from the database’s counter in the order AGE creates them: the graph’s schema, whose OID ag_graph.graphid repeats, its label id sequence, and for each label its id sequence, its relation with the array and row types, the defaults and NOT NULL constraints of its columns, its TOAST table and index, its key and endpoint indexes and its cache-invalidation trigger. Graphs and labels created before OIDs were recorded derive theirs from their names.

stored_view

temporary_namespace

A session’s temporary namespace, pg_temp_N, and the TOAST namespace that accompanies it, pg_toast_temp_N. The session’s first temporary object creates both, as InitTempTableNamespace does, each taking the database counter’s next OID before the object takes its own; a rollback past that creation forgets them, and the session’s next temporary object creates them anew.

resolve_virtual_relation
