format_postgres_text

Format a non-NULL result value using its declared type and optional catalog resolver. NULL remains separate from text in the calling result protocol.

render_result_enum_labels

Replace every enum carrier in the result’s named and positional rows by its label text. Declared column types keep the enum type.
