Operating-system-independent TUN/TAP domain types for Tunnel Lattice.
This crate models data and contracts; it never inspects or mutates the
host system — mirrors net-lattice-model’s separation in the sibling
Lattice ecosystem. See ARCHITECTURE.md for the full rationale.
