Pulls one OCI-distributed pack, verifies both OCI and Tuff integrity, and persists it atomically.

ยงErrors

Returns an error for an invalid reference, existing output, credential and TLS failures, unsupported OCI metadata, registry protocol failures, digest mismatches, or invalid pack bytes.
