SessionDigestGraphEntity: One KG entity surfaced into the digest from .tsift/graph.db (#kgwiring).
SessionDigestGraphEvidence: Knowledge-graph orientation pulled from .tsift/graph.db for the workspace the session ran in (#kgwiring). This is the active-workflow consumer of the graph_evidence read seam: every session digest that runs in a workspace with a populated graph now surfaces the most connected entities (optionally scoped to the session’s top touched symbol) so planning has KG context without a separate tsift kg evidence call. scanned: false with a node total set means the graph exists but exceeded the bounded-scan cap, so only counts are reported.
