String wrapper possibly with plural variants.
This is used for source and target strings in translation Unit.
Variants
Empty
Unset message, used for untranslated entries.
Singular(String)
Message independent of any count.
Plural(BTreeMap<Count, String>)
Count-dependent message with some variants. Must have at least variant for Other.
