pub fn parse(buffer: &str, is_shell: bool) -> Result<ParsedCommand, ParseError>Expand description
Parse buffer (the text typed after : or !) into a ParsedCommand.
The buffer should not include the leading : or ! sentinel — the
caller strips it before calling here. The ! prefix is preserved as a
flag argument to distinguish shell execution from : commands.
§Errors
Returns ParseError if the buffer is empty, contains an unknown verb,
is missing a required argument, or fails content validation.
