Discover live ControlMaster sessions by scanning ssh_dir prefixes (cm-, control-, mux-, ctrl-) and /tmp/ssh-* via ssh -O check.

Errors

Error::TaskFailed if the directory scan task fails; individual ssh -O check failures only exclude the candidate.
