Struct tokio_stdin_stdout::SendableStdin
source · pub struct SendableStdin(_);
Expand description
A sendable and clonable ThreadedStdin wrapper based on Arc<Mutex<ThreadedStdin>>
Note that data being read is not duplicated across cloned readers used from multiple tasks. Be careful about corruption.
Implementations§
source§impl SendableStdin
impl SendableStdin
sourcepub fn new(si: ThreadedStdin) -> SendableStdin ⓘ
pub fn new(si: ThreadedStdin) -> SendableStdin ⓘ
wrap ThreadedStdin in a sendable/clonable wrapper
sourcepub fn lock(&self) -> LockResult<SendableStdinGuard<'_>>
pub fn lock(&self) -> LockResult<SendableStdinGuard<'_>>
Acquire more permanent mutex guard on stdout, like with std::io::Stdout::lock
The returned guard also implements AsyncWrite
sourcepub fn try_lock(&self) -> TryLockResult<SendableStdinGuard<'_>>
pub fn try_lock(&self) -> TryLockResult<SendableStdinGuard<'_>>
Acquire more permanent mutex guard on stdout The returned guard also implements AsyncWrite
