§TINNITUS — Persistent Ultrasonic Micro-Attestation Sub-Channel

This crate is a top-level name claim for TINNITUS™, the persistent ultrasonic sub-channel of gibber-link within the BCCCOP™ protocol family. It intentionally contains no functional code.

TINNITUS operates at 15,000–22,000 Hz — above most adult hearing, below microphone hardware limits — carrying always-on micro-attestation tokens and presence beacons. The name is a deliberate metaphor for medical tinnitus: a constant, imperceptible tone, always present, always carrying signal.
