The type of an IFD entry (a 2 byte field).

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

8-bit unsigned integer

ASCII

8-bit byte that contains a 7-bit ASCII code; the last byte must be zero
