Returns the hash of the transaction that initiated the current execution: sha256 of the XDR-encoded Transaction, the same TransactionHash that identifies it network-wide.

The following parameters use MaybeUninit types and are written by the syscall only if it returns kSyscallErrorCodeNone. A fixed-size output is then fully initialized; a span output has only its first min(len, written_len) bytes initialized:
