Top-level node supervisor orchestration.
Owns hogd-dev process supervision and the public JSON-RPC server. Backend
adapters land by plane: chain and submit are backed by hogd-dev’s
SchedGateway endpoint; receipt/event reads are backed by hogd-dev’s
IndexerBlockExplorer endpoint when advertised in readiness, and
latest-state storage reads can be backed by hogd-dev’s DbGateway
endpoint independently.
