DEFAULT_BROKER_ID: The default broker id.
DEFAULT_CLUSTER_ID: The default cluster id to use.
DEFAULT_INTERNAL_TOPIC_RF: The default Replication Factor to use.
KAFKA_PORT: Port that Apache Kafka uses internally. Can be rebound externally via testcontainers::core::ImageExt::with_mapped_port
