Macro to not repeat yourself writing const IDENT: &str = CONTENT

Allows usage of calling one at a time:

const_str!(NAME, "STRING")

or multiple at a time to even save repeated “const_str!” invokations:

const_str! {
    NAME1 "STRING",
    NAME2 "STRING",
}
