The keyboard-first chat reader.
A calm two-pane ledger: chats on the left, the open conversation on the
right, a header that always says where you are and a footer that always
says what the keys do. Reads run in the background so the keyboard never
waits on the network, results are cached per chat, and every screen stays
legible without colour (NO_COLOR).
