Core types for the TaskRun system.
These mirror the data model in .yah/docs/working/yah-task-runs.md.
Intentionally kept free of I/O — the store layer owns persistence.
The types TaskRunId, Level, EventSource, ChunkRef, Event, and
Diagnostic live in crates/yah/observation/ and are re-exported here
for backward compatibility.
Structs§
- Beholder
Status - Opaque string surfaced on
TaskRunMeta.beholder_status. - Chunk
Ref - Back-pointer from an event into the raw byte stream.
- Diagnostic
- Normalized diagnostic shape — produced by beholders and shims where it makes sense.
Agents query
task.diagnosticsrather than parsing raw events. - Event
- A structured event row — written by beholders (Tier 1.5) or shims (Tier 2).
- ForgeId
- Stable identity for a forge run (UUID), shared across all three forge species (local, remote, integration). Stable across yah restarts.
- Keep
Range - Output
Chunk - SeqRange
- Inclusive range over chunk
seqnumbers within a single run. - Task
RunId - Task
RunMeta - Triage
- Pruner output for a run: a list of verbatim chunk ranges + a human-facing synopsis.
Enums§
- Event
Scope - The scope an event row belongs to — stored as
(scope_kind, scope_id)in scryer’s events.db so the index generalizes across all species. - Event
Source - Initiator
- Level
- RunStatus
- Stream
Constants§
- RESERVED_
FIELD_ PATHS - Field paths in
Event.fieldsthat have defined semantics.
