Pure-pax tar encoding for the format-neutral archive builder.
TarEncoder owns tar framing, payload padding, sequence numbers, and the
end marker. archive_trait::Builder supplies high-level entry addition
and recursive filesystem traversal. Compression remains the caller’s
concern.
