Customer event handler for automatic customer data extraction
This handler listens to TAP message events and automatically:
- Extracts party information from Transfer messages
- Updates customer records from UpdateParty messages
- Manages relationships from ConfirmRelationship messages
- Generates IVMS101 data when needed
