Module tenant 

cloud tenant subcommand: manage local and cloud tenants.

Exposes TenantCommands (create, list, show, delete, edit, rotate credentials, cancel) with an interactive operation menu when no subcommand is supplied. Persists tenant records through the cloud TenantStore.
