Serialize a document, emitting a !fields line per run of records that
share a field list (§14, §4.2).
Fails with SynxlErrorKind::Unwritable when a value has no SYNXL
rendering (§14.3). That cannot happen for a document obtained by parsing —
§14.1 guarantees the round trip — so only a programmatically built value
can trigger it.
