/workers [status] | cancel <sa_N|all> | reconcile <sa_N|all> — the user’s direct handle on reactive workers, independent of the model:

• status lists every tracked worker and whether it still holds the orchestration gate (rollover, model change, completion);
• cancel stops running workers (Esc only stops the interrupted turn’s own workers, so this is how background workers are stopped);
• reconcile is the user’s attestation for FINISHED workers the model never collected — the escape hatch when they pin the session. It never touches a running worker (cancel it first). No inference, no history.
