Fields

account: String

Account label (default for the bare slot). Never an identity.

kind: AccountFailureKind

http_status: Option<u16>

retry_after_s: Option<u64>

until_ms: Option<u64>

Cooldown end or exhausted-window reset, epoch ms, when known.

cooling_down: bool

The account is cooling down (a reported provider limit), whatever kind says about its last observation.

The account’s failure for a rejection; None for an account that was eligible but outranked (not a failure). A cooling account keeps the kind of its last failed read or refresh, with cooling_down set beside it; until_ms is the rejection’s usable_after_ms.

pub fn is_limited(&self) -> bool

Cooling down or at a provider limit: the account counts as limited for the top-level kind, whatever its last read said.

pub fn is_live(&self) -> bool

Counts toward the headline: not limited, and not an excluded slot (a duplicate of a seat that is already counted).

pub fn log_form(&self) -> String

label:kind[:status][:cooling], the log form; :cooling marks a cooling account whose kind is its last failed read or refresh.
