Module registry 

Provider registry — catalog of known OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

Connection/credential metadata (base URLs, key discovery) is broker-owned (agent_core::auth::static_providers / agent_core::auth::broker). This module keeps the engine-side model catalog and produces credential-free routing data: no function here returns or accepts an API key.
