Test seam replacing ping_interval(honoured TTL).
Not an environment variable on purpose: cargo test feature-unifies
agent-engine/testing into the dev build of the synaps binary, so an
env-driven override would be live in a runnable binary. This one is set
only by code ([testing::IntervalOverride]), compiled only under
cfg(test) / the testing feature, and no binary target calls it: no
binary input (env, config, argv) can reach it. In a build without the
feature it is a constant None.
