pub fn table(rows: &[Orientation], title: &str, cell: &str) -> ViewHandleExpand description
Table(rows) { TableColumn(title) { row in Text(cell) } }.
Rows are InterfaceOrientation values because Table needs
Value: Identifiable, and a Rust type cannot be made to conform without
synthesising a nominal Swift type — a different problem from binding an ABI.
InterfaceOrientation is one of the few SwiftUI types that already conforms
and can be built from its statics, so the whole call is reachable, and the
same expression compiles in Swift for the reference.
Value: Identifiable is not among the witness tables passed: the runtime
derives it from Columns.TableRowValue, whose associated conformance the
TableColumnContent table already carries. So five generic words, not six,
and nothing spills.
