pub fn scroll_position_edge(view: &ViewHandle, edge: Edge) -> ViewHandleExpand description
.scrollPosition(_:anchor:) — scroll to an edge, and stay bound to it.
scroll_position_id is the other overload, which scrolls to a row by its
identity. This one takes a whole ScrollPosition, which is what
“scrolled to the top” is: there is no row to name.
The position lives in the binding for the life of the view. SwiftUI writes back as the user scrolls, so it has to be somewhere that outlives the call that made it.
