pub fn render_chrome(view: &ViewHandle, width: u32, height: u32) -> RenderedExpand description
Build a real titled window around view, sized so its frame — titlebar
included — is exactly width x height, and capture the whole thing.
A macOS .toolbar is installed into the window’s titlebar, which is a
sibling of the content view, so it is invisible to every offscreen capture.
This is the path that can see it.
The window is ordered in without being made key, and the app stays an accessory, so running this does not steal focus from whatever is in front.
