Build a synthetic NSEvent in window’s coordinate space.

kind is an NSEventType: 1 left-down, 2 left-up, 6 left-dragged, 3 right-down, 4 right-up. x/y have the origin at the bottom left. Build a synthetic NSEvent without delivering it, so a caller can choose the route. Only examples/activation_probe.rs needs this — it compares the routes against each other; everything else should use send_mouse.
