A LayoutValueKey conformance whose Value is Swift.Int.

A second protocol through the same machinery, which is the point: nothing above is specific to PreferenceKey. LayoutValueKey asks for two witnesses rather than three — an associated Value and a defaultValue — and the key type is borrowed the same way.
